A Welcoming Message from the Rotary Auxiliary
President
Westwood Village Rotary Club is the only club in District 5280
that has an Auxiliary, an organization of Rotary spouses.
The group was formed when Rotary was 'new' and was called "Rotary
Anns" and did not change until Rotary itself welcomed women as members.
Now the Auxiliary welcomes all Rotary partners to become members.
The object of our Auxiliary is to promote a spirit of friendship
and fellowship among these partners and to support the Westwood Village
Club's projects and goals.
We meet monthly from August through June, usually in the home of
a member for a program and lunch.
Our 2011-2012 schedule is on the website and the programs are
found in the Windmill.
All Rotarians and their spouses are welcome to our meetings.
Members pay $25 annual dues and help prepare the lunches and
serve on committees. We are proud of
a long association with the Westwood Village Rotary Club.
