Annual Summer Fun Party

·        Coordinate with host (Shirley More)

·                     Coordinate with Auxiliary

District Paul Harris Celebration

·                     Ensure Club is aware of event and solicit items for silent auction

·        Coordinate with Foundation Chair - Steve Day

District Governor Visit

·        Assist in Presentation to District Governor Suzanne Sundberg

District Conference - La Quinta - May 13-16, 2010

·        Prepare Awards Recognition Book

·        Arrange for Club Exhibit at Conference

Plan and Preside over Demotion Dinner

·        Identify and Reserve Location (ASAP)

·        Select menu, bar, coordinate and host program

Preside at Club Meetings for President, as requested
